This application does not collect, store, or transmit any patient or personal data. All data entered during a session exists only in your browser memory and is permanently discarded when you close the tab or navigate away.
Hosting & Infrastructure
This application is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may automatically collect technical access data including IP addresses and browser metadata as part of its standard infrastructure and security operations. This data is processed by Cloudflare Inc. under its own Privacy Policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Cloudflare as required under GDPR Article 28.
Cookies
This application does not set any cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as cf_clearance) to protect the service from automated threats. These cookies do not require consent under ePrivacy rules as they are technically necessary for secure operation.
PDF Export
PDF reports are generated entirely within your browser. No data is sent to any server during export. The generated file is downloaded directly to your device.
